Designing and Implementing a Change Management Methodology
ODRL is currently working with one of the top police forces in England and Wales. In order to sustain excellence we have designed and implemented a strengths-based methodology focusing on capacity building and engaging people at all levels.
Organisation Culture Analysis
We have recently completed projects in this area in one of the police forces and in an international development organisation. The results have been used to frame relevant change interventions due to be implemented shortly to include a change management toolkit for change agents who will be central to implementing the changes across the organisation.
