As part of our ethos, we believe in integrating and disseminating best practice approaches and research to wider audiences. Examples are as follows:  

• We were invited to present our flagship toolkit to build and sustain a Citizen Focus Culture within Police Forces at a conference sponsored by the National Police Improvement Agency (NPIA) on 6^th February, 2008 held in Westminster, London, entitled: ‘Making the Connection: Citizen Focus Best Practice Event'
• ODRL was the title sponsor for a ‘Celebrating Excellence' event held on 3^rd June, 2008 at Lancashire Constabulary.
• We presented the findings of a four-year study in the area of sustainable change at the Academy of Management Conference, Anaheim, Los Angeles, USA held from 11^th - 14^th August 2008. 
• In early 2009, we established links with a leading business school to help organisations develop and sustain team innovation.  
• In March 2009, based on our extensive research, we have launched a programme to support organisations manage downsizing effectively.
